Refund policy

Foregia has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This 'cooling off period' is in line with the EU policy for online purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and provide a solution.

Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

How to start the return process
Foregia uses PostNL for shipments. On the package you received, there is a shipping label that also serves as the return label. You do not need to wait for or print a separate return label. You can return the package directly!

Please contact us at info@foregia.com to initiate the return. While providing a reason for the return is optional, we would appreciate it, along with proof of purchase.

Inspection at Foregia

Incomplete Returns: If an item is returned without certain wooden elements or packaging components, Foregia reserves the right to reduce the refund based on the replacement costs.

Damaged Returns: If an item is returned with damage, Foregia reserves the right to reduce the refund based on the costs of restoring the item to its original condition. Examples of damage include but are not limited to:

  • Broken wooden parts or packaging components.
  • (Multiple) scratches on wooden parts or packaging components.
  • Damage to the wooden surface caused by liquids.
  • Presence of moisture, dirt, or grime.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item via our webshop.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@foregia.com.
